Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Montgomery County, Georgia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
