Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Schuyler County, Illinois. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
