Fire and safety officer wanted in Marion County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Marion County, West Virginia. What we are looking for: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites On a typical shift you will run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS).
