Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Allegany County, Maryland. You will work in a five-star hotel. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; clear and reset tables between covers; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
