Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Fulton County, Pennsylvania. You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
