We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Camas County, Idaho. The job is at a cake shop. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
