Lifting rigger wanted in Ogo Oluwa

Join our team: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Ogo Oluwa, Oyo State. You will work at a container port. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear You will read lift plans and method statements before starting; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
