Head baker wanted in Ibadan North East

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Ibadan North East, Oyo State. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
