Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Bannock County, Idaho. The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
