Stainless steel welder wanted in Newton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Newton County, Mississippi. You will work at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Your main tasks: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
