What we are looking for: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Day-to-day duties: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge Overtime paid at a premium rate.
