Rigger wanted in Nobles County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigger in Nobles County, Minnesota. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams The role involves establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
