Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete placer in West Berkshire, England. What we are looking for: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods On the job you will handle: • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing £14 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
