Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Phelps County, Nebraska. You will work at an injection moulding unit. You should have: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery On a typical shift you will clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; set up and start the machine as per the job card; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
