Kitchen steward wanted in Mai'Adua

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Mai'Adua, Katsina State. The job is at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts We offer ₦220,000 per month plus benefits.
