Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Orleans County, New York. The job is at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
