Great opportunity: brick and block layer (Rivers State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Opobo/Nkoro, Rivers State. You will brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. What we are looking for: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Part-time with flexible hours.
