Urgent requirement: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Newton County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length Requirements: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
