The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Full-time, day shift.
