Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in McLean County, Illinois. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
