Steward — Borough of Torbay

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Borough of Torbay, England. On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
