Now hiring: we are hiring a marble cutter in Thurston County, Washington. You will work in a natural stone fabrication unit. The role involves: • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets Requirements: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding Rotating shifts.
