Great opportunity: MIG welder (Jigawa State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a MIG welder in Kaugama, Jigawa State. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium You will load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
