Powder coating line operator wanted in Borough of Tameside

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Borough of Tameside, England. The job is at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Performance bonus on top of base pay.
