Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in District of Rutland, England. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
