Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Your main tasks: • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
