Bread baker wanted in Hutchinson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Hutchinson County, South Dakota. You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
