Prep cook wanted in Bristol Bay Borough

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Bristol Bay Borough, Alaska. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
