Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Martin County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Part-time with flexible hours.
