Excavator operator • Haywood County, Tennessee

Great opportunity: we are hiring an excavator operator in Haywood County, Tennessee. You will work at a plant hire yard. Your main tasks: • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
