We are recruiting: we are hiring a garment presser in LaSalle Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a dry cleaner's. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Day to day you will operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; give each garment a final press before packing.
