Automotive electrical technician • Columbia County, New York

Vacancy available: we are hiring an automotive electrical technician in Columbia County, New York. You will be based at a commercial vehicle fleet depot. You will install alarms, immobilisers and central locking; repair air-conditioning electrical controls; read and clear ECU fault codes; test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter; diagnose electrical faults using an OBD-II scanner. You should have: • ITI certificate in auto electrical or electronics, or equivalent • Able to read wiring diagrams confidently • Good colour vision for identifying wire colours Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
