Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Davie County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions What we are looking for: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
