Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Afikpo South, Ebonyi State. The job is at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard You will weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
