Control panel electrician • Sabine Parish, Louisiana

Immediate opening: we are hiring a control panel electrician in Sabine Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy electrical contractor. Day to day you will measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter; test insulation resistance with a megger; carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars; install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB; check earth continuity and earth pit resistance; install LED fittings, ceiling fans and exhaust fans. Ideal candidate: • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate • Able to read single-line and wiring diagrams 1+ years on the tools preferred.
