Lift maintenance fitter • Jefferson County, Ohio

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Jefferson County, Ohio. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. You will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork. Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
