Stainless steel welder wanted in Pike County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Pike County, Alabama. Day-to-day duties: • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size Requirements: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
