Immediate opening: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Alcona County, Michigan. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes 6+ years on the tools preferred.
