Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
