Shuttering charge hand • Pacific County, Washington

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Pacific County, Washington. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. You should have: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking The role involves seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
