Great opportunity: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Beaufort County, South Carolina. The job is at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic The role involves clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
