Injection moulding machine operator • Amelia County, Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Amelia County, Virginia. You will be based in a packaging factory. You should have: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Good attention to detail and steady hands On a typical shift you will measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
