Dish pit attendant wanted in Craighead County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Craighead County, Arkansas. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
