We are recruiting: confectioner (New Hampshire)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Strafford County, New Hampshire. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
