Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Lawrence County, South Dakota. The role involves: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature What we are looking for: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Six days a week, one day off.
