Retail butcher wanted in Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Washington County, Vermont. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking.
