Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Plumas County, California. The job is at a rebar fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire 1+ years on the tools preferred.
