Join our team: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Liberty County, Florida. You will log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; follow the work instruction sheet for each station. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work Full-time with occasional weekends.
