Press shop operator — Neosho County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press shop operator in Neosho County, Kansas. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. You will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor. What we are looking for: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
