Cake decorator wanted in Allegan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Allegan County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Full-time with occasional weekends.
